Sergio Pascual Quintas provides operational leadership for both the Charles L. Shor Family Office and the Charles L. Shor Foundation. He ensures the team operates efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with his team and external partners, Pascual Quintas helps advance key initiatives while building structure, clarity, and sustainable processes across the organization. 

Throughout his career, Pascual Quintas has intentionally pursued roles centered on helping others and creating meaningful impact and he is committed to mission-driven service and improving lives. 

Pascual Quintas earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Thomas More University before completing his Juris Doctorate at Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in both Ohio and Kentucky and has held senior roles in risk management and corporate compliance. His experience allows him to approach operations with a practical, detail-oriented mindset grounded in sound judgment and accountability. 

Pascual Quintas nurtures his competitive spirit through tennis, running and soccer. He also enjoys exploring all that Cincinnati has to offer, visiting family in Spain, being the “fun uncle,” and spending quality time with his wife, Tori, and their cat, Benito.
