Michael Berghaus leads financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support the Foundation’s mission and long-term impact. Berghaus partners closely with leadership to ensure responsible stewardship of resources, data-driven decision-making, and alignment between financial planning and programmatic goals. Having graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a double major in Finance & Economics, he brings a disciplined, analytical approach to managing complex financial environments while working to further the Charles L Shor Foundation’s philanthropic initiatives. 

Berghaus has varied interests and enjoys amusement parks, movies, producing music and walking his dog.
