Machanda Goldson joined The Charles L. Shor Foundation in 2024. Before joining the Foundation, she supported operations, executive support, and corporate policy management at UC Health for nearly 20 years. 

Goldson earned an associate’s degree and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration and operations at Thomas More University. She participates in a business networking group and a women’s leadership academy. 

In her free time, Goldson fosters her creative side through art, cooking and singing. She also loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
